Lash Appointment Policies

Lash Fill Pricing Is Based on Days
Lash fill pricing is based on the number of days since your last appointment, not only how your lashes look. Pricing may vary depending on both the day range and the condition of your remaining lash extensions.
Fill Window Policy
Fill appointments are calculated by day range: 4–10 days, 11–17 days, 18–24 days, or 25–31 days. Appointments past the allowed fill window may be considered a new full set.
Over 31 Days Requires Full Set
All lash sets over 31 days old require a new full set. This helps protect lash quality, retention, and the final result of your service.
Lash Condition Assessment
If there are not enough extensions remaining, or less than approximately 30% of the lash set remains, your appointment may be changed to a full set or extended fill based on your technician’s assessment.
48-Hour Lash Repair Policy
To qualify for a complimentary lash repair, you must contact us and return to the salon to complete the approved repair within 48 hours of the end of your original service. The 48-hour period is measured from the exact service completion time, not by calendar days. Requests or repairs outside this window will be charged based on our 1-week fill price or the appropriate fill price based on the number of days since your last visit.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% late-cancellation fee.
No-Show / No-Call
A 100% no-show / no-call fee will be charged for any missed appointment without notice.
Late Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time and we are able to perform your service, a $30 late fee will be added to your service total. Your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. If there is not enough time to complete the service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or declined, and the applicable cancellation or no-show policy will apply.
No-Show / No-Call After 15 Minutes
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late without calling or notifying us before the grace period ends, your appointment may be marked as a No-Show / No-Call and charged the full no-show fee.
Outstanding Balances
Any outstanding balances, including no-show fees, late-cancellation fees, or unpaid charges, must be cleared before future appointments.
Service Quality Reminder
Late arrivals may reduce the fullness or retention of your lash set. Please arrive on time so we can provide the best result possible.

Booking 5–8 guests together?
Call your preferred location. For new Head Spa group bookings of 2 or more guests, a $50 non-refundable deposit per guest is required to confirm the reservation and is applied to the completed service. Online availability may not show every group option.
