Your appointment is very important to Elite Lashes team. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustment are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to full that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services.

Please be advised that any appointment missed, cancelled late, or changed without at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Tardiness is hard for your artist to maintain quality and stay on the top of their daily schedule. It affects all the appointments after yours, please understand that if you arrive late, we will not be responsible for any premature shedding of lashes. (or the fullness of your set)

If you were late more 15 minutes. We reserves the right to decline your service or apply an additional $40 fee.

Owed No Show No Call, cancellation, or any unpaid fees will need to be paid before future appointments are reserved. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments without notice.
